Houston Environmental Service Center - South is a recycling and disposal facility in Houston. They accept electronics including computers, monitors, tvs, and printers, batteries (all household batteries, rechargeable, and lithium-ion), and paint products such as latex paint, oil-based paint, and paint thinners. Cost: Free for Houston residents. Hours: Mon-Sat 8 AM - 5 PM (Closed Sun). Walk-ins are welcome. South Houston ESC location. Same HHW services as the North facility. Accepts electronics, all battery types, paint, household cleaners, pesticides, automotive fluids, fluorescent bulbs, and more. Restrictions: City of Houston residents only. No business/commercial waste. Quantity limits: Residential quantities.
