Notes
Texas has no PaintCare paint stewardship program (as of 2026). Houston residents can dispose of both latex and oil-based paints at either North or South ESC locations. Also accepts paint thinners, stains, varnishes, and spray paint. PaintCare legislation has not yet passed in Texas; there is no manufacturer-funded statewide paint recycling program.
