Metro's primary HHW drop-off location for Portland. Co-located at the Metro Central Transfer Station (managed by Recology Portland). Oregon E-Cycles site (free electronics recycling). Also accepts curbside recyclables, scrap metal, appliances, yard debris, and mattresses for free. Restrictions: Residential only for HHW. E-Cycles limit 7 electronics per day. 35 gallons max HHW per day. No business waste without permit. Quantity limits: 35 gallons HHW, 7 electronics per day per person.
